Shipping Policy

Account orders received before 2pm MST Monday through Friday will generally be shipped the same day. Account orders received after 2pm MST do not ship until the following business day. Internet orders will not ship until the next business day. Transit times are working days and do not include weekends or holidays.

PO Boxes are deliverable only by the US Postal Service: Parcel Post rates. The fastest available PO Box delivery is via US Postal Service Express Mail and will be charged at the 2-day shipping rate. US Postal Service Express Mail is not guaranteed for overnight delivery in all areas. Please note that liquids cannot be sent via US Postal Service; all liquids will be sent via FedEx and therefore cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Home delivery by any non USPS shipping option where a recipient is not present will be delivered per FedEx policies which could include leaving the delivery at the door step. Customer assumes all responsibility provided shipment tracking verifies delivery unless customer provides other specific instructions in the comment portion of their order.

The US Postal Service and FedEx recognize federal holidays and shipments processed or in transit during holidays will incur a delay.

Deliveries to rural areas may incur additional days in transit. Please plan accordingly. Delivery times are not guaranteed for shipments outside the continental United States and in poor weather conditions within the United States.

All account orders will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Upon request, we will waive the signature requirement at your own risk. By waiving the signature requirement, the shipper will not be responsible for missing or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered by the shipper and the product will not be refunded or replaced.

Canada account orders and Canada internet orders require customer supplied Canadian Brokerage fees paid by customer.
