Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with STAT! 5-caps or STAT! Royal Flush STAT! will refund 200% of the suggested retail price of $19.99. Refunds on STAT! shampoo will be 100% of the suggested retail price of $29.99. All correspondence must be sent via certified US mail, postmarked within 30 days of date of purchase.

To receive your refund, send ALL the following items:

1. The UPC Code – or the entire box or bottle
2. Original sales receipt that shows product purchased, date of purchase, and name and address of retailer. If you purchased via the STAT! web site; please include a copy of the invoice shipped with your order.
3. A letter detailing your dissatisfaction with the product
4. Photocopy of your driver’s license or other picture ID
5. Phone number with area code where you can be reached during office hours. A representative may contact you to discuss your results and/or make suggestions for future success

All correspondence must be sent via certified US mail, postmarked within 30 days of purchase to:
